Our initial consultation is the most important part of the whole process. This is where we meet with you in your home to discuss your requirements, offer design inspiration and ideas.
It's important to consider layout, storage, lighting and for us to address any issues with leaking pipes and rotten flooring etc. Taking all of this into consideration, we will come back to you with proposed plans and designs to consider.
Quotation & Job Estimate
Following our consultation process, we will endeavour to supply you with a job estimate as soon as we can.
If you are within a strict budget, ways to help keep down the costs are keeping plumbing where it currently is, avoiding work that requires building consent, not tiling or half tiling walls and choosing fittings and fixtures that are budget friendly.
Construction
Renovating a bathroom is a complex process requiring multi-faceted skills and many contractors. The key is to manage these and all work in together seamlessly. This is where Urban Bathrooms excels. In addition to this, not all bathroom renovations will be completely straight forward.
Some will require Council Consent which we can organise for you. This will possibly add delays to the renovation, but we can help to minimise these as best we can. We have a full team of designers, builders, plumbers, floor removers, tilers, painters and electricians that we pull together to get the job done on time and within budget. Our team of plumbers are our own from our sister company Plumbed Up Ltd
